• Local country auditing/asset assurance for U.S. companies doing business in Latin America.
• Liaison for multinational, in-country collections.
• Filing proofs of claim with decedent's estates, insolvency proceedings, and bankruptcy actions.
• In-house and outside resource investigations.
• Visits to clients throughout the world.
• Any other related services which you might require.

Our commission is wholly contingent on a successful recovery. If there is no recovery made, there is no charge.

If legal action is recommended and authorized, necessary fees and costs, in addition to contingent commissions, will be charged.

For other services, fees can be arranged on a per service or hourly basis.
