Biography
After completing his studies in International Law and Politics at Pontifica Universidad Catolica del Peru in 2006 and the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2010, Mr. Crissman joined Bluestone as an asset recovery manager responsible for recovering commercial claims in the United States and Latin America. He built a successful portfolio of recoveries in Central America and when it was time for the group to expand into Central America, Mr. Crissman was selected to open the Panama City, Panama office. With the office located in the financial nerve center of Panama City, Mr. Crissman is able to oversee both current client relationships and develop new business with companies expanding into Central America.
Comfortable in both the middle of the Ecuadorian Jungle or sophisticated financial centers, Mr. Crissman has been able to revitalize claims and bring about millions of dollars of recoveries from financially distressed entities. A dynamic negotiator, he brings forth his experience in common and civil law jurisdictions to manage his own personal portfolio of claims, as well as effectively manage Bluestone’s proprietary network of agents, in collection and litigation management, throughout Central America. Mr. Crissman, a former Division I college football player, is fluent in Spanish.
